The Space

Expansive windows frame the landscaped grounds, and sliding doors lead directly to your private patio and pool. The modern kitchen is outfitted with sleek appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare and share delicious meals at home.

Both bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed master suites, each with:

Just a short drive from Palm Springs vibrant downtown scene, Desert Princess Villa puts you close to hiking trails, shopping, and world-class dining while still offering the peace and privacy of a gated community.

Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87 from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay. Rates vary by season: November March: $75/night and April, May, October: $50/night. Heat is not needed in other months not listed.

For stays under 5 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay unfortunately we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not s no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

⚡ Utility Surcharge
For stays of 28 nights or longer starting June 1st and ending September 30th, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

Additional Policies Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+ years of age
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-Guests will sign a Ryson Terms and Conditions form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
