The Space
This 1,024 sq. ft. first-floor condo features a welcoming open layout that s as functional as it is fun. The living area includes a plush black leather sofa set, large flat-screen TV, and bright art that brings the Palm Springs vibe inside. Just off the living room, the kitchen is well-equipped for extended stays with granite countertops, modern cabinetry, a breakfast bar, and a 4-person dining table. Step outside to the private patio for morning coffee or sunset dinners with mountain views.

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, full bath with custom tile shower

Utility Surcharge
For stays of 28 nights or longer starting June 1st and ending September 30th, a $500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat. This is NOT included in the amount being paid at the time of booking. It will be requested prior to your arrival.

Additional Policies Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+ years of age
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-Guests will sign a Ryson Terms and Conditions form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
